Are you passionate about helping others and making a difference in your community? 211 Northeast Michigan is hiring a Community Resource Specialist (CRS) to provide vital information, referral, and navigation services to individuals in need. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with the public, build strong community relationships, and be part of a team dedicated to health equity and improving access to resources.

As a CRS, you’ll handle calls, assist community members face-to-face or virtually, and document all interactions in our CRM system. You'll also dedicate about 25% of your time to community engagement, representing 211 Northeast Michigan at events and building partnerships with local organizations.
