Women 2 Women

A free 10-week online program to help women make Better Choices 4 Better Health. 
The program helps to EMPOWER. CONNECT. TRACK progress to living a healthier life.

Online learning will include participation in the "Better Choices, Better Health" program, provided by Canary Health. The program is an approved Chronic Disease Self- Management Program (CDSMP). CDSMP is a nationally recognized, proven program developed by the Standford Patient Education Resource Center.

The FREE Women 2 Women program is led by an experienced health coach. The health coach will facilitate classes and provide support to participants throughout the 6 weeks of independent online learning. 

Plus Size Models

The program helps to

  • Empower people to self- manage their health for the life they want;

  • Connect people anonymously to others who share similar experiences

  • Track their progess toward changing behaviors and improving their health

Who: Women with chronic disease in Huron, Lapeer, Sanilac, and Tuscola Counties

What: A free 10-week online program that gives support, tips, and tools for women to improve their health and well-being
