Youth Mental Health First Aid - Virtual
Join SVSU YouthWise Program for an upcoming virtual Youth Mental Health First Aid training, designed to equip participants with the skills to support young people facing mental health challenges. This training is eligible for both CE credits and SCHECHs.

Calm (Counseling on Access to Lethal Means) Training
Two-hour self-paced course for employees to learn how to identify people who could benefit from lethal means counseling, ask about access to lethal means, and reduce access.
QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) AgriSafe Trainings
Farmers and farm families have experienced increasing pressure resulting in high levels of stress, mental health issues, and suicide. The Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) training teaches laypeople and professionals to recognize and respond to mental health crises. QPR for Farmers and Farm Families is specially tailored to the agricultural community.
In this 1.5-hour QPR training, you will learn about the unique challenges farmers face and how to implement and help someone at risk of suicide.
