Thumb Community Health Partnership

The Thumb Community Health Partnership is located in the rural area of Michigan referred to as the Thumb. The partnership encompasses Huron, Sanilac, Tuscola, and Lapeer County.  Members include public mental health authorities, public health departments, local hospitals, and a human service agency.



The Thumb Community Health Partnership provides an integrated approach to identify key issues and establish a coordinated response to regional community needs.
